Casual Retail Assistant - Christmas
We are looking for someone with an eye for detail and great work ethic to join our team over the Christmas period (November-February). In this role you will provide an exceptional experience to every client and build meaningful relationships, having a passion for sharing our universe of products and craftsmanship, be inspiring, self motivated, optimistic, well-organised and able to work both independently and within a team.
Core Objectives
- Provide an excellent customer service experience
- Achieve team and individual sales objectives
- Packing and sending orders
- Assist with press, stylist and media enquiries and product loans
- Maintain a clean and well presented store environment
- Excellent personal presentation
Principal skills, Knowledge and Personal Attributes Required
- Dependable, punctual, flexible
- Computer literacy is a must. Experience using Excel, Word and Outlook is required. Skills with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator are a plus.
- The ability to work under pressure, be agile and highly organised
- A flair for table setting and visual merchandising
- A can-do attitude with an eye for detail and strong problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and a warm and inviting disposition reflective of our brands values, excellent interpersonal skills; able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
