Casual Retail Assistant
We are looking for someone with an eye for detail and strong work ethic to join our team. In this role you will provide an exceptional experience to every client and build meaningful relationships, having a passion for sharing our universe of products and craftsmanship, be inspiring, self motivated, optimistic, business minded, well-organised and able to work both independently and within a team.
Core Objectives
- Provide an excellent customer service experience
- Achieve team and individual sales objectives
- Packing and sending orders
- Manage press, stylist and media enquiries and product loans
- Maintain a clean and well presented store environment
- Excellent personal presentation
Principal skills, Knowledge and Personal Attributes Required
- Dependable, punctual, flexible
- Highly organised, quick learning
- Computer literacy is a must. Experience using Shopify, Excel, Word and Outlook is required. Skills with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator are a plus.
- The ability to work under pressure, be agile and highly organised
- A flair for table setting and visual merchandising
- A can-do attitude with an eye for detail and strong problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and a warm and inviting disposition reflective of our brands values, excellent interpersonal skills; able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
