ALEX AND TRAHANAS have collaborated with specialty pasta shop
Fabbrica to create their own range of pastas and accompanying pasta sauces.

Fabbrica Executive Chef and Co-Owner Scott McComas-Williams has created two styles of handmade pasta, shapes of nautical ropes and yacht sails, with matching sauces inspired by styles from Puglia.
